These General Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, regulate access and/or use of the Agrónomos Sin Fronteras Website under the domain www.agronomossinfronteras.org owned by AGRÓNOMOS SIN FRONTERAS, responsible for the provision of the service, with address at Avda. Puerta de Hierro 2, 28040, Madrid. With CIFG-83948786, constituted by public deed on March 26th of 2004 and registered as a Foundation for Development Cooperation and Social Assistance by Ministerial Order dated June 15, 2004, with the number 28-1.318 (hereinafter, “ASF ”).

Card donations

This website and the associated POS service are aimed at people with legal capacity to contractually obligate themselves according to Spanish law.

Donating to ASF through its website implies, for its acquirer, full knowledge and express acceptance of all the conditions detailed below, by current legal and regulatory provisions. Reason why, may not, at any time, claim ignorance of them.

To donate the web gateways, you must follow the following procedure:

  1. 1. Fill in your donation request through the form where data is requested and amount to donate
  2. 2. Once the data is verified, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you will do it through our POS
  3. 3. Once the transaction is completed, both you and ASF will receive a confirmation email

Return and cancellation policies

The return policy expressed here is only valid for the donation made through www.agronomossinfronteras.org

If you see any indication of the possibility of fraud on our gateway, please contact us at info@agronomossinfronteras.org before making the transaction.

For the rest of the cases, ASF does not contemplate the refund of the amount as they are voluntary and anonymous donations so that the Foundation (non-profit) can continue its development cooperation projects.

Security

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized data access. To achieve these ends, the user agrees that the provider obtains data from the corresponding authentication of access controls.
